Applies to ToneNoise on iPhone, iPad, and Mac (com.audioimpact.ToneNoise) and its AUv3 extension.
2. What we do not collect
The developer does not collect personal data, including:
- Contact details, location, or device IDs for tracking
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or advertising IDs
- Microphone input or audio recordings
3. On-device processing
All audio is generated and processed locally — in the standalone app or inside your AUv3 host. Settings (signal, frequency, level) stay on your device; hosts may save plugin state. Nothing is sent to AudioImpact.
4. No network, no third-party tracking
ToneNoise does not connect to the internet, load remote content, or use third-party SDKs (e.g. Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics). No profiling or cross-device tracking.
5. App Store
Download and updates via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy (e.g. Apple ID, purchase history). ToneNoise has no access to that data.
6. Your rights, children & changes
Because no personal data is processed, GDPR rights (access, erasure, portability, etc.) do not apply in practice. Questions: contact above. Complaints may be filed with a supervisory authority.
